Rough, but very educational

 When you read comics, it is almost always the case that you are looking at the slick final product. There is no sense of the steps that went into making the finished product. In this case, what you see is the penciled in form. There are a few margin notes of dialog, but nothing that tells much more of the story.

 This view of the first step is a lesson in how comics are created. Like so many other things that are created, you can see much of the final product, but it requires some imagination to have that vision.
