The relatively large and elongated stone of this
necklace really catches your eye. The stone is hexagonal in cross section,
approximately 1.5 inches long, dark blue sandstone in color and the hexagonal
shape continues on both ends to the points. When you rotate the stone in the
light, there are sparkly reflections from the interior. There are two clear stones
at the ends of the approximately 5 inch section of the chain that has the
pendant on it. They reflect the light very well and provide an attractive,
symmetric contrast to the main stone.
The chain is
gold in color and is very soft on your skin to the point where it tickles.
Approximately the last two inches of the chain is constructed of larger loops
that allow the wearer to somewhat adjust the length. Attractive in all
respects, this is a necklace that is unusual, yet distinctive. The coloration
will allow it to be worn with almost all outfits.
