 The Avon True Color eyeliner is the best I have ever used. As a person who prefers not to leave the house without makeup, lest the villagers get out their pitchforks, the True Color eyeliner is an easy choice to get ready quickly in the morning and the color lasts all day. It does not smudge, flake or make my eyes water. Also, the self-sharpening twist tube means it's always ready- no sharpeners or shavings. I've tried many eyeliners over the years, but this is unequivocally the best at making a beauty from a beast.
