To test this
item, I took it through a standard set of operations. I used it to transfer a
large file and the speed was comparable to anything else. While the test was
not timed to the second, there was no discernable difference from others in the
speed of data transfer, which is all that really matters.
The second test
was in the flexibility. I am one of those people where every cord, cable and
wire always seems to magically tangle up the very moment I wrap it up. This
cord did not do so and at 1.2 m (4 feet) in length, there is enough there to
make it happen.
The connections
worked well, standard sliding in with no resistance. There is a light that
signals the progress of the data transfer, which is helpful if you are
impatient. Which is of course most of the time when you are conducting large
data downloads.
This item works
fine, does what it should and doesn’t tangle easily. All that you could ask for
in such a product.
