Review of
The Great All-Time Baseball Record Book: A Unique Sourcebook of Facts, Feats and Figures by Joseph L. Reichler ISBN 0026031000

Five out of five stars
The title is accurate, many of the facts in this book are those that will be hard to find elsewhere. For example, there is the list of pitchers that hit .300 and won 20 games in the same year, the times when a pitcher struck out four batters in an inning along with the victims, a list of no-hitters broken up by a home run along with the hitter, pitchers that lost a no-hitter, most shutout losses in a season, cycle hitters, most hits in two consecutive games and several records based on the performance of teammates.
If you are a fanatic for baseball records, this book will keep you occupied for a long time. Pop it open at random and you will find interesting facts.
