Review of Instaread Summary of "True to Form How to Use Foundation Training for Sustained Pain Relief and Everyday Fitness" by Dr. Eric Goodman

Review of

Instaread Summary of True to Form How to Use Foundation Training for Sustained Pain Relief and Everyday Fitness by Dr. Eric Goodman

Five out of five stars

This is a case where the summary makes it clear that the contents of the book are not new. As soon as the desktop computer became a standard tool on the desk of nearly all workers, there have been books and pamphlets written about how extended periods of time gazing at a screen and typing will cause problems in the muscles and joints. Goodman puts forward solutions that are little different from others, sets of exercises designed to strengthen the muscles and other body parts to alleviate pain and promote fitness.
There was nothing in this summary that will lead the reader to believe that the Goodman system is superior to other exercise regimens that have been proposed. As is the case with all solutions based on exercise, the fact that someone is exercising is probably the most important thing. The actual exercises are a lesser issue.
