Review of "Colts: The Complete History," DVD

Review of
Colts: The Complete History, DVD

Five out of five stars
With names like Unitas, Berry, Harrison, Shula and Dungy, the Colts franchise is one of the oldest and historically accomplished in the NFL. Many still consider the “Greatest Game Ever Played” to be the NFL championship game of 1958 between the Colts and Giants. It was the first playoff game to go into sudden death overtime and created a clear line of demarcation where pro football began its rise to the most popular spectator sport.
Since there have been so many great players and so many runs at the championship, it is not necessary to be a Colts fan to enjoy this history of the franchise. There are two discs in this package, the first covers the years where they were the Baltimore Colts and the second the history of the Indianapolis Colts through 2005. You see the great players doing what they did best, some in black and white, yet no less exciting. This is a great history of one of the most storied franchises in the NFL.
