This action movie
uses the well-worn theme of the killer put away by a cop that is determined to
seek revenge. While this is a solid plot device, in this case it is so poorly
executed that it is dull to watch. The acting is weak and appears to be bad actors
trying desperately to act in a good manner. Their mannerisms are exaggerated, and
the camera angles are often poorly chosen. The irate police supervisor role is
particularly poorly played, although some of this is due to the structure of
the scene and the very predictable dialog.
The movie is
dull, poorly written and poorly played. It is one of the worst action movies
that I have ever seen.
